The farm Pian di Rocca – a magnificent 19th century villa that overlooks the Medieval hamlet– is located in the middle of the valley, two kilometers away from the sea of Castiglione della Pescaia.
Luxury residence – equipped today as a Bed and Breakfast – Pian di Rocca Farm overlooks the Tuscan countryside and dominates the Maremma up to the sea.
Pian di Rocca Farm consists of six comfortable double bedrooms – any of them with a private bathroom and the possibility of having an additional room for children.
From each room you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Tuscan countryside. They are all tastefully and strictly furnished with antiquities, so as to give guests the feeling of going back in time.
The rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a color TV, a kettle, a Nespresso® coffee machine and a mini-bar. Extra beds and beds for children are available on request.
Breakfast is included: guests could start their day with fresh croissants, freshly baked pastries, focaccia and Tuscan cold-cuts, yoghurt, fresh fruit and local products.
The Farm enriches the domestic warmth with a series of top-quality services: in every room there are a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle; the whole facility is equipped with air conditioning and free wi-fi; bicycles, cradles and beds for children are available to guests, as well as separate rooms for the young.
In every room guests will find Italian high-quality bath products made with olive oil, luxurious sheets and linen, a color TV, self-adjustable heating and a full minibar.
The staff is available to assist customers in all requests, e.g. preparing a cocktail on the terrace, organizing the transfer from the station or the airport to the Farm, reserving beach umbrellas and deckchairs in the equipped beaches, booking a table in the city’s most exclusive restaurants, getting the tickets for a boat trip in the archipelago and any other requirement in order to make their holiday in Maremma unforgettable.
The disabled room is structured as to accommodate guests with walking difficulties who have a wheelchair: the access routes and spaces are open and large. The room has two bathrooms: one of them has a shower with a seat and grab bars, a toilet bidet compliant with standards (*).
The room for disabled has a double bed and it overlooks the ground floor over an exclusive porch furnished with tables and chairs dominating the sixteenth century court, where you can imagine the peasants’s life back from the fields.
The room provides an easy access to the common areas, to the breakfast room and to the garden.
